Disney Character Pics is a photographers co-operative internet project dedicated to capturing Characters and Performers at Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure doing what they do best and sharing these pictures with each other, the performers, and the online community. The website was created in 2008 by Brian Bergström and includes other amateur photographers with the desire to participate in this co-operative project.

Photographers choose to allow their images to be stored and displayed on DisneyCharacterPics.com while retaining all rights over the images and use thereof. All images posted on DisneyCharacterPics.com are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License and the photographer agrees to these licensing terms. A photographer may choose to remove any or all of their images from the site with 14 days written notice. Images should also be properly watermarked and EXIF tagged for licensing purposes see Image Processing link below.

Photographs should meet the highest "Disney" standards, by this pictures should not show anything which would be considered "Bad Show" this includes but is not limited to:
•   a performer that falls or otherwise errors
•   a performer does something un-Disney-like
•   a "wardrobe malfunction" ie losing costume parts, up skirts, split zippers, etc
•   backstage images, including shots through open parade doors
•   images of performers/cast members that are not in costume
Care should be taken to limit exposure of other guests, especially children, without permission.

Want to join the Co-Op?
Simply send an email to Brian@DisneyCharacterPics.com with the following...
•   A banner with your name and image on it to appear in our photographers listing. The banner should be 780 wide by 100 tall. Look at the page for possible ideas.
•   A biography that you would like to appear on the site.
•   Your first gallery of images that have been scaled to no larger than 1024 pixels tall and no more than 250 KB per image. There is an instruction guide I have put together to aid in processing your images. Image Processing
